Your company uses IT equipment, but you may not have enough - if any - dedicated staff to maintain it. We can work for you as your own on-demand IT department - visiting site on either a pre-specified regular appointment, or for emergency call-outs. We can maintain, upgrade, repair and install many different systems at a fraction of the cost of a dedicated IT department.

When running multiple systems in a single work environment, issues are bound to crop up - be it compatibility, breakdown or simply systems in need of upgrade. We can survey your network - including network and internet connections - and pre-empt the need for updates and upgrades, ensuring minimum downtime and maximum performance at all times.

Each client has different systems, setups, procedures and needs. We recognise this and fully expect it - each solution we provide is tailored specifically to the client, the client's budget and the client's needs. We understand that there is no "one-size-fits-all" solution, and work hard to find appropriate answers.

We believe that the best way to serve our customers is by adopting the Total Quality approach, which means getting a task done correctly the first time. We make just that little extra effort to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time, with the minimum of disruption and downtime.

We do not hold a large stock of equipment - technology and prices change so quickly in the digital world it is illogical and impractical to do so. When the time comes for your PC, network, software - or anything else for that matter - to be upgraded or replaced, you will want the most up-to-date, reliable and suitable product for your needs. And it goes without saying that it must be value for money too.

We will establish exactly what you need, and will find a supplier or manufacturer providing the product at the most suitable price. The final decision is always yours - we can not and will not force you to accept any particular product, service, manufacturer or supplier.

As part of a total quality service, we will only recommend upgrades where absolutely neccessary, and we will endeavour to take advantage of the full lifetime of all your IT equipment.
